Domino Pizzas didn’t have a good online reputation in social media: their pizza ‘sucked’ big time. But Domino Pizza listened and monitored the social media buzz, and they reacted.

So easy Socialnomic basics always do the trick: listen, re-act and engage.

But Domino Pizza proved they knew the medium, the social medium, again when some Domino Pizza employees made this video and released it on the web.

They reacted through the same social medium with an authentic, engaging reaction which customers understood, and negative word of mouth just went away!
