Facebook is big business, and wants to keep it big business. They acquired “Beluga” – a free group message/conversation service – for an unknown price….but what’s more they bought “Beluga” at the time “Beluga” was searching for new capital. Facebook just made shure nobody else could buy this company. Well, just to keep track with the mobile future….since “Beluga” is used “on the go”.
On an other note…Facebook is changing the “like” button! Just by clicking the “Like” button will mean that you’re sharing it. This implicates that your picture, personal information will appear next to what you “like” and will be visible on your wall and will show at your friends page. I don’t know if I “like” this? Do you? (comments in the comment section!)
We’ll start “like”-ing a lot less, I think! But Facebook claims they’re only in a testing phase….so wait and see!
