Assignment(s) – FHV eCRM
FHV-students: You keep a record of all your assignments. This can be in written (on paper) or digitally (through CD-rom, Memory stick, online). You hand in your portfolio on the due-date! [to be announced]
Pré-assignment
- Go to the previous section – 10 Flatteners.
After reading and looking at the 10 flatteners , you search for 5 ways in which the flattening of the world has got an effect on you, your life and your lifestyle (and your business if you own one).
Please work with images to explain the impact and effect it had on you.
For the FHV-students: During the first lesson on friday evening a few students will be picked to explain their examples (you get a maximum of 5 minutes and you can use up to 20 images (- please no text! - on your Powerpoint or presenting tool only images, you tell the story behind the images during your presentation)
In your portfolio you can add text, but not on presentation. - For the FHV-students: Go through my blog and comment on at least 3 posts where you add value, give your opinion, ask a question or share experiences.

Give for each type of web (1.0, 2.0, 3.0…4.0) a business example (of an existing business).
Prepare a brief presentation on why and how these businesses are that type of web business.
Add a company profile as well (up-to-date until now: name, core business, size, short history, employees…)
For the FHV-students there is a restriction: You cannot take Starbucks, IKEA, Toyota or Domino’s Pizza.
For the FHV-studens: I will pick a couple of students to present their businesses in class on friday evening.

- Transformation of your 1.0 business to a true e-Business.
Use the Business Model Canvas Structure (=canvas nr.1) to visualise your ‘new’ e-business. - Adopt a e-CRM/Social CRM strategy in your e-Business
Use the business Model Canvas Structure (=canvas nr.2) to visualise the CRM strategy. - Make e-CRM/Social CRM strategy future proof, by adding at least one trend (and it’s impact) on the e-Business who’s using a e-CRM/Social CRM strategy
Use the business Model Canvas Structure (canvas nr.3) to visualise your impact of this future trend - Confront your SECOND model to the key succes factors of e-CRM/Social CRM and write down a conclusion.
For the FHV-students: hand in the portfolio on Sunday february 19, 2012 through mail, LMS, pigeon, ….
Please make shure to have a source reference where necessary,and that your name is on your portfolio!
Mark Break-down: 25% pré-assignment, 20% business model canvas, 30% transformation to e-CRM/Social CRM, 15% confrontation from strategy, and key succes factors, 10% adoptation to the future.
